Fees paid for SchoolERP24 services are generally non-refundable
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered if:
Payment was made by mistake
Service was not activated
Refund Process
Request must be sent within 7 days
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

After Cancellation
Access will continue until the current billing period ends
No partial refunds will be provided
Data After Cancellation
Data may be deleted after a reasonable period
Users are advised to download required data before cancellation
